We have audacious goals of practicing anti-oppressive social work toward a more equitable Platteville. We do important work for many students and families, and we need your help to continue this transformative work. Whether it's $10 a month towards the Diaper Bank or $50,000 toward recruiting a mental health professional specializing in culturally relevant practices, you support the mission of a more equitable and accessible Platteville for all of us.
Subversive Social Work is not a nonprofit organization. The reporting structures required to support a nonprofit impede our ability to support our communities' needs and divert funds toward staff, surveillance, monitoring, and reporting. Thus, we have decided that the structure of nonprofit organizations does not align with the needs of the people we support.
